Our care

we promise to get to know a little about you, your family, and friends, finding out what you want and need from us and making sure it’s all in place. We’ll provide you with lots of practical guidance and advice and invite you, your family, and friends to spend some time in the home, getting to know the place, the care team, and fellow residents.

we promise to give everyone a warm welcome with tea and biscuits on arrival. Your room will be carefully prepared, including any personal things that have been brought in advance. Family and friends are encouraged to stay as long as they wish and there will always be someone on hand to provide advice and reassurance.

we promise we’ll introduce you to other residents and members of the team. We’ll help you to become familiar with the home and its routine, such as hairdressing and chiropody visits, the entertainment program and where to find drinks and snacks. Our chef will ask about your favorite meals. We will make everything we can to make you feel at home.
