We are passionately committed to provide care and services of the highest quality and value in a safe, happy, family-like environment, promoting the health, independence, and social interaction of old people from different background, races, and ethnic groups. As a dynamic company, we strive to create innovative services to cater for our different service groups or product offerings in the future, and to continually exceed the expectations of our residents, families, and employees. Our ultimate mission is to champion the quality of life for all old people.

Charnwood is set up to promote individualized attention and opportunities to address residents’ individual needs and personal desires. This is accomplished in our home by having no more than one resident in a room and full-time and part-time caregivers. The physical, emotional, and spiritual welfare of the residents will be Charnwood’s first consideration. Our team will administer medications and will assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, dining, and other activities of daily living.

Objectives

We will improve the quality-of-service offerings through staff training, process and retaining of quality staff and investment in staff and the environment. Provide high-quality customized services tailored to specific service offering, Nursing Care and Nursing EMI. From home design, communicating language, background music to day-to-day activities, schedule and three meals, the home should always place special emphasis on the importance of their residents’ unique cultural requirements. The development process of each culture-centered home is a process of learning which can accumulate experience, educate expertise, sharpen management skills and offer a business model for Charnwood’s brand name development and further expansion.

Charnwood’s program will commit to providing a level of care that ensures the highest quality of life by anticipating and exceeding the needs of our residents and their families. Charnwood is home to our residents. Each of the rooms is beautifully decorated and furnished. All bedrooms are single rooms and are with ample space with a choice of personal items of the residents, plush greenery, TV, and community activities will promote a tranquil and family-style environment.

Furthermore, Charnwood has a set of policies to facilitate growth and meaningful relationships between residents, relatives and caregivers. Meanwhile, the design of daily life and social programs and the environment provide a wide variety of programs to enrich the lives of our residents. All activities, which include exercise programs, religious services, and more, are designed to boost a sense of accomplishment, well-being, and community.
